HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Dallas - Mesquite

Superb

I have always felt like family every time I stayed at the hometown studios Mesquite thank you all very much for all y'all done for me

Clean room and excellent staff services

Excellent place to stay

The rooms leak from the air conditioning, the flooring, is always wet the towel. On the floor is coming up from all the wet. From the air conditioning roaches are really, really, really bad trash around the properties, the owner won't hire any reliable staff is horrible, there's new owners has taken over and they are horrible, they're Indians and they to NOT care about the people or the property and they have a nice 3 bedroom on the 3rd floor that they've made. And they don't care about the property, other people. All they want is the money and the price is too high. For what you get

Staff was very helpful Could only smoke in one area

Roaches loud resident goin in an out all night kids screaming running up an down all night

It's infested with roaches.\nHorrible it's horrible here

Cockroaches!!!!!

The trip was riddled issues. The Wi-Fi was down for the entirety of my stay, it would not work in my room. The washers and dryers were coin operated, not free. The room phones, which under federal law are there for safety were broken. I want a refund.

This is a fantastic location if it's just for a day or two or a week or two fantastic hotel laundry built in downstairs local shopping is great there's laundry services pharmacy services grocery services all local within a half of a mile

Exceptional

someone tried broke into my room using the window and all the front desk had to say when I called is "ok" then they hung up on me. then in the morning the manager said they will work on fixing everything by installing cameras, cameras should have been installed along time ago. The bed frame was broke no shower curtain stove was unplugged completely, stains on the curtains that looked like dried blood and handprints (that one wasn't my room but I did see it) stair way smelt like week old trash that got to hot. I didn't sleep at all between the break in and everyone being so loud outside. also the floor right next to the bed felt like it was going to give out. you could see it flexing when you step on it

Bad

Staff was nice and helpful. Room and property could use some attention and upgrade. Roaches were in the room.

Disappointing

Good

The price is steep for the rooms.Because they do have roaches, they need to come down on the price. He would make a lot more money on this property. And the GM, she's awesome. She's been here for a long time. She's sweet. She's helpful, she's compassionate. She's a great person

Everything! It was horrible I did not stay at all.
