Daytime it is perfect there I would recommend during the night however, my wife was pregnant felt unsafe due to strange people knocking on our window and I’m not sure what used. The key card is for entering through the hallways when you can easily just open the door also someone had put a rock to prop the door open very unsafe.

The cleanes and the staff

First off, walking into the room it smelled like smoke. It was freshly painted and had a newish non-porous floor so it seemed like it was recently smoked in. (We also walked through a cloud of pot smoke in an interior hallway so clearly they have people smoking in their rooms). The towels were worn out. Holes, threadbare, etc. We had to ask staff for a Do Not Disturb sign because there wasn’t one in the room. On checkout day I did the online checkout saying that I was checking out at 11:00 (the official checkout time) but despite this and the DND sign on the door when we came back from breakfast they had cleaned our room and removed some personal belongings. The TV remote power and volume only worked within 3 feet of the TV. The staff were reasonably polite and the bed was comfortable.

The bed was very firm, and uncomfortable like the hospital beds. using the shower often caused flooding in the bathroom, the bathroom door had to be slammed to close and wouldn’t lock as well. The front door doesn’t have a door stopper on the inside and felt a little unsafe with people trying to peer into the windows. The microwave was for decoration and also didn’t work. Did not get a chance to use the pool. The staff were easy to work with for the most part.

Pool, clean room & great value No clock in room Complementary coffee- no liquid creamer No pool towels. Area around poll had not been cleaned! Yeck. Clothing, etc.

Passable

I like how this was a convenient location for my and I. The smells in the hall. The consistent presence of police, ambulance and fire trucks. But grateful for their service. And I know staff has no control of it.

Yes the fact that every crack head in mesa stays there…oh and I had to make sure I didn’t park in the back it wasn’t safe to do so there’s a bad smell coming from the mattress the floors turned my white socks black

Tweakers (drug addicts) roaming the facility, Mesa P.D. Cops constantly there. Rude Ignorant people staying there!

I enjoyed my one night stay here. The room was very clean and it was also easy to check in.

Exceptional

The place seemed to be updated/remodeled recently. The room we stayed in was the 2QN bed-no smoking. It was a good size and had the microwave and mini fridge. It also had a balcony which was perfect at night. The front desk ladies were awesome. It was a little noisy being that it's in a populated area and close to the light rail, but not too bad. I'd definitely return for another stay.

I was very happy with this stay and location and will definitely be returning.

There was no breakfast. I was told there was parking near my room but they were all handicap.
