Still never to hear a peep back, 3 months... That's absurd amount of time for manager to return call.

Stephanie was great. We were given a room that had not been cleaned and she stepped in to make the situation was resolved right away Front desk staff was ok but nothing was exceptional. Better to not arrive at change of shift !

Very nice place. Bring earplugs to sleep as it's right by the interstate.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was accomodating and the area was kept clean. Nice facility and the price was reasonable. No improvement needed.

Poor

The front desk agent was horrible. I shared with her my concern about the $150 per night incidental fee and she looked at me and shrugged and tried to blame Expedia for it. I asked her if there was a way to reduce it and she said it was Expedia’s fee. It didn’t make sense that I would pay a higher incidental fee at a LaQuinta than I would pay at the Venetian, Mandalay Bay or many other resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Mind you I had just come back from LV which is why I referenced it. No attempt to keep the business or meet me half way. What caused this concern was the elderly woman ahead of me (@ least 80 yrs old) asking her for clarification about the same charge that I asked about. The difference was that this woman made the statement that she had stayed at many LaQuintas and she never got charged that much nor did she ever have to question why there was a double charge for the same day and she too was staying for one night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Checked in and was given a random room my reservation was for two beds she gave me a single bed king. I had to go back downstairs after hauling everything up. The front desk person was gone for 27 minutes nobody at the front desk and I told her you checked me into a room I didn’t reserve. She told me it is what it is and after 10 minutes gave me the correct room. Go into the new room that someone vaped the entire room up so it smelled like vanilla coffee purple murple. People constantly slamming doors and the breakfast was terrible white sausage. They also double charged my card 150 for the deposit and had to argue to get that back. 0/0 stars hotel is trash.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Woke up with bed bug bites. The employee that was putting out the breakfast was rude and short with guest. The sounds from outside the room was disturbing.

Great staff, clean room! We didn’t get towels other then that we will be staying here more often.
-
Clean and friendly workers. The bed was u comfortable. Pool open time was too late to take a swim and check out by 11.

Overall, it’s not bad for the money and the location was good for me. The property is starting to look like it needs some updates and it wasn’t the cleanest.I waited a really long time to check in and again to check out.

Ice machine and waters were very convenient. We have stayed in several hotels with the same company but never experience like we did here in Arizona. As we walked out of our room on the third floor. Police officers were all there and dogs were left the band and there as well. It just made it feel unsafe and an easy I wanna recommend going back here. Was debating on leaving to another Hotel around 10 o’clock at the box dogs are really loud. When they’re barking. You could barely get any sleep. That was ridiculous.

Nicely appointed room. We had the deluxe king. Included a recliner, refrigerator and microwave. Several large scary dogs were allowed. Yes on leases , but 6 ft long. Not comfortable when you are trying to go out a narrow space by a dog with a very large mouth! I asked the lady at the desk about their dog policy and she didn’t know. A trash can by the side exit was covered with dog urine and was also a favourite place for smokers to stand, so when you stepped out you inhaled smoke. I asked where I could find a trash can to put my trash and didn’t get much of an answer. I also requested a roll of toilet paper, 3-4 hours later a young man came. I had already scouted about and found a place for my trash and got the toilet paper from a housekeeper who had a cart in the hall. One evening I bathed and washed my hair and the hair dryer didn’t work. I called the desk and the young man said I don’t think we have any one to fix it, I could try and try a pair one… but I never heard back. Did not go out to dinner that night. The next morning I had to ho to a beauty salon for a hair styling.

Our room had old candy under the pullout sofa, leaves in the bedroom, hair in the tub, and what looked like pet hair in corners around the bed. It could have been cleaner.

We stayed in a sweet and the furniture was so dirty we had to put sheets and blankets over the furniture so we could sit on it. The whole entire carpet was stained and it smelled horrible. The bathroom drain was rusted out the mirrors weren't even washed. Across the hall from us was a roll of toilet paper strung out that was there two days before I saw a manager and asked him to see what was going on with that. The person who works in the buffet breakfast area was rude and disrespectful . I wish I would have taken pictures
