I have stayed here on multiple occasions for work. The location is very convenient and safe. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful! I did get stuck on an elevator, but was released after ten or fifteen minutes. I only wish the showers had full doors. Whenever I shower, water gets on the floor.

requested a 1:00 PM early arrival in advance, but received no confirmation. Upon arriving shortly after 1:00 PM to an under-occupied hotel, the receptionist demanded an extra fee for early check-in. While I understand hotels want to make money, early arrival is a basic courtesy—especially when rooms are empty. When I asked for a manager, management was nowhere to be found. After some back-and-forth, I was finally given the room without the fee. Frustrating start to the stay.

The staff was lovely and was always offering to help…the elevators make a horrible sound and need to be checked! Location is great if you need downtown accommodations. All and all a nice stay.

We had made a reservation, but when we arrived, they informed us that we were overbooked and refused to give us the room. They did not offer any apologies and simply suggested that we look for other hotels.
