Reviews

Rooms are large and very clean. Great breakfast and staff is very friendly. Nothing.
-
Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable, had plenty of electrical outlets. Noise from street was noticeable.
-
We loved our stay, the staff and hotel were wonderfully maintained. The hotel "sundry shop" or convenience shop did not have antacids and my husband had to go to a local gas station at 1 am because he could not sleep. I know that is not a "necessary" item but it would have been nice to have in the hotel shop.

It was clean and safe

Convenient location for Longwood. Great breakfast.
-
We liked the whole set-up of the property and the very tasty full breakfast. However, what worked best for me was our accessible room (#142) with extremely comfortable mattresses and bedding and the big bathroom with grab bars everywhere.

Perfect location

Very clean. Wonderful restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was great. Restaurant on site. Close to Longwood Gardens.
-
It is a great location. Quiet and clean. It is looking a bit dated - linens are looking worn.

Staff was great, food and drinks were good. Nothing

The hotel itself and the restaurant on site were great! The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was nice and shower was hot. The restaurant food and service was excellent. I only had one very big complaint. Our room faced the patio outside. The was a big wedding that evening and the wedding party decided to continue their party on the patio at the hotel till 3:30am!!! They were so loud and rude. It sounded like they were in our room even though we were on the third floor. I feel hotel should have a policy for noise after 10pm like most others do. Person on the desk at night should have put a stop to it. I understand the celebration but they need to be respectful of all guests! Otherwise it would have been a nice stay.

The room was nice and clean Breakfast was decent Unfortunately the only thing that I can say that was bad was the bad ODOR That came into the room from the AC unit on the wall. Smelled like sewage coming into the room because there’s a manhole cover near the AC intake I was able to get a can of air freshener that helped somewhat Otherwise everything else was good

BREAKFAST AND LOCATION WAS GREAT. MORE SIGNAGE FOR THE STEP GOING IN AND OUT OF THE ROOMS.COULD BE DANGEROUS. WE WERE ON THE SECOND FLOOR ACROSS FROM THE FRONT OFFICE. CHIP IN BATHTUB NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.
-
Quiet setting, great location and outstanding breakfast. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
-
My room had tattered rugs, mold on ceilings, no internet, TV, or phone. It wasn't renovated like the rest of the hotel.
-
This was my second stay at this comfortable well run hotel. There is no better location for my visits to this area.
-
I stayed one night and went to Longwood Gardens. It is so close and was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included scrambled eggs or an omelet with bacon or sausage. I would recommend this hotel to family or friends.
-
Nice room and good Inn but the TV was terrible. Would not turn on and staff confirmed it was not a smart TV so no way to even stream any shows anyway. Hard to believe a nice place would have a dysfunctional TV and not replace it with a smart TV.
-
Higher end finishes in the room and bathroom, nice tile, granite tops etc More upscale breakfast, omelette station included Service was basic. Front desk seemed interrupted by our check in. Property is close to busy road so it’s loud in the courtyard and in room facing road.
