Friendly staff good clean room Did not get handicap room like I wanted

The entire staff was excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. Our entire group wanted to take Ms Duffie home with us! It was a wonderful experience!

The property was great. The breakfast was decent. The attendant kept it well stocked and clean. They change it up a little daily for guests who stay more than one night. My husband did not like the pancakes.

The people who work here are SO NICE and very helpful. They got us to and from the airport, as well as Graceland. The room was clean. The breakfast was a good variety. This is a good place to stay if you’re visiting Graceland.

Everything was perfect! Miss Duffie’s breakfast was above and beyond! She treated her job like she was personally making breakfast for her special friends at her home. Amazing sweet lady!

I’ve stayed here a good few times and I’m never disappointed. It’s a great hotel, GREAT staff, it’s close to the airport, downtown, and Graceland. I guarantee you will never be disappointed if you stay here. I hope to see you all again very soon. Much love to you all from Daniel ♥️

Everyone was so friendly and...

We could hear people walking around in the room above us. It did seem like they were kinda stomping around.

All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed to be an issue for any of them. Room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected and very delicious. The complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and Graceland was greatly appreciated.

Pleasant

We chose this hotel for it's location as our sole purpose to be in Memphis was to visit Graceland. The room was large, a good breakfast, there was a small pool and easy parking. They run a complimentary bus to Graceland, just check with reception and they will sort it out. Staff all very pleasant and helpful especially the breakfast room staff. The nearby restaurants are all the usual chain ones, we walked to a local bar Hernando's Hideaway and when we left they were worried about us walking back to hotel despite it only being less than a mile so not sure how safe they considered the local area. My only other issue is that Holiday Inn seem to take an age to release the credit card holding charge

People were playing loud music outside after 11pm that could be heard in our room. Air conditioner was a little too loud and leaking water when we arrived. Cost is too much for what you get.

The bathroom vent was a little loud and stayed on whenever the light was on.
