Great location. Very friendly staff. There blueberry muffins were too big!

A perfect location for exploring the major attractions of Memphis, with no need for a car. The room was spacious, and the reception area had a lovely bar and coffee shop. Just minutes’ walk to the Lorraine Motel, Beale Street, and more.

It was really quirky loved the bar area and the location was superb. Staff were really friendly. No tea making facilities in the room. Had to purchase morning tea/coffee.

The room was great. We didn't have a good view. All we could see was the roof.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the high ceilings and clever design of the room. We’ve been travelling for a month and I had my best sleep in the entire trip! The staff were very good and let us check in early. We highly recommend this hotel! Nothing - it was all good

Also would have liked coffee machines in the room.

Lovely decor. Location not bad 10 min walk to beale street. Not hot drink facilities in your room nor free water.

We had a clean room, decorated nicely. Has everything we needed. Loved the funky, eclectic decor! The Bar in the lobby was nice with good drinks. The breakfast and coffee was good also. Staff was nice.

When we arrived we were told the AC in our room wasn’t working and they were oversold. They had rebooked us in a hotel down the road. They didn’t offer any other options, ask us if we preferred to stay without the AC in the room or provide us with any compensation.

Good coffee and pastries and fun cocktails.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and warm. It was fresh and spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated with a hint to its industrial and arts history. Excellent selection of complimentary toiletries. The bed was super comfy. The hotel feels like it is loved and care for throughout x

Exceptional

The decor and overall theme of the hotel were AMAZING — so much character, personality, and attention to detail. It made the whole experience feel unique and memorable rather than just another hotel stay. Another brilliant touch was the Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room. Such a cool detail that perfectly fits the hotel’s personality and the city’s musical soul. Being able to put on some music and bring the beating blues heart of the city back to life in our room was the perfect finishing touch to an already amazing stay. And the food and drinks deserve a special shout-out too! The coffee was fantastic, and the pizza was seriously delicious — especially during happy hour. 🍕☕️ But a very special mention has to go to Rich, who is quite simply the most awesome human! His warmth, personality, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay even better. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily come back. A fantastic hotel with fantastic people — 5 stars all the way!

Mattress was a bit worn and carpet in hallway on first floor was quite stained but overall a comfortable stay. Nice that valet parking was available until 5 pm the next day so that we could easily visit the Civil Rights Museum without reparking the car.
