The scenery and the staff. The staff didn't clean the room. There were no extra towels given. I would like a partial refund.

Expedia screwed up my reservation and doubled booked my room. Hotel said the reservation was non refundable. It took me 2 hours to straighten it out

The toilet seat keep falling and made it very difficult to use as a man. I prefer standing vs sitting down to urinate.

We enjoyed a very good 2 night stay at this location. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

In my room (404) the AC was not working very well in the bedroom leading to a warm and slightly humid atmosphere which interrupted sleep.

Room = Clean but very outdated, no king size bed, shower basin makes cracking sounds, shower corners looked as if it has mold (probably it had mold), TV without any available channels or TV guide, poorly designed lighting Hallways = VERY dark Parking = Adequate Rates & Fees = NOT transparent (It be better to disclose rates, fees, desposites during the booking time, not at check-in) Overall, the staff were EXCELLENT. I would prefer a different hotel next time.

The room was clean, and bed comfy. I didn’t have the breakfast there. The staff were nice. Parking is terrible. It Was hard to find a spot the two days I was there and had to park far away, and they charge 2 bucks and some change per night to park unlike the Fairview/location. The hallway on 2nd floor and the elevator was hot The whole weekend.
