Best Western Plus St. Louis West-Westport

Wonky bathroom door (looks like installed inside out), but this was probably unique to that one room. But staff were all nice, and breakfast was at or above standard for this price point.

Average place to stay. Soccer teams ate all the breakfast food. Had to go elsewhere to eat

Faucet in vanity leaked.

Property was very clean, and the free breakfast was honestly above and beyond the typical free hotel breakfasts we’ve had.

Location is perfect, room was clean Elevator was broke, I had to walk all the way to the fourth floor with a stroller, Car seat and 4 month old. The 4th floor rooms are hot. I asked to go to a lower level room, they accommodated us and put me on 2nd floor but not without several discussions. I usually stay here all the time but it wasn’t as clean as last time, looks like it’s going downhill.

Staff was very friendly to me at checkin. Location was fine.

Easy access off the main Interstate or freeway rooms were nice staff was excellent at taking care of any of your needs will probably stay there again

The breakfast was really good. The staff were helpful, and Maryland Heights is a good location to be at because it’s about twenty minutes away from attractions like the zoo, downtown STL, etc.

Room was very clean. Have stayed there before & will stay there again as my granddaughters live there.

I am disappointed because staying in a hotel is not cheap and you want them to be clean. My thought if they dint clean what you can see where else are the cutting corners when it comes to cleaning.

Very clean and great location. Would definitly stay here again.

It wasn’t up to average standards. Examples : never got second light fixed, never got Kleenex after asking for it, very uncomfortable chair, terribly messy carpet, out of knives for a couple of days, etc.

The staff was great and very helpful and the pool was really relaxing. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows weren't the best. Normally a king size bed comes with king sized pillows
