Very good

The staff was welcoming and responsive. My husband cut himself shaving and they gave us bandaids and seemed genuinely concerned. From the front desk, to the bar, to the dining area, to the cleaning staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. World-class service.

Great room and staff

Was disappointed that the jacuzzi room I reserved on Hotels.com was not available to me due to the air conditioning not working there. Had to stay in a regular room. Dinner buffet was pretty good and staff was friendly.

The bed was very, very, very uncomfortable. It’s worn out and should be thrown in the trash.

Our rooms was clean and an excellent condition. The young lady, that was the waitress was absolutely fantastic. She helped me with getting a receipt from the dash which I think is kind of stupid that can’t get a receipt even if you did book through a third-party and the sausage and the bacon were cold and subpar, but as far as the rooms and the employees, they are absolutely fantastic.

The girl that checked me in, didn’t help me when I asked for the room with the hot tub. She could’ve exchanged it and she didn’t.

This property was dirty, and our room was so damp our clothes were almost wet the next morning. We ask for more towels due to a water issue in the bathroom, and they told us they were completely out. A half naked, barefoot man just wondered the hallways. Overall this place was disgusting and we will never come near it again.

The staff were the best, very friendly and helpful! Everyone greeted us each time we encountered them. The pet friendly aspect was awesome! The food was very good! Breakfast buffet food was not hot, it was lukewarm

Nothing We got there on our wedding night, the front desk tried to recharge me for our room knowing it was already paid for. Then she gives us a room key to an already occupied room! We went to our room and unlocked the door and a naked lady is there! Not what I wanted my husband to see on our wedding night! We went back down, told them we wanted a refund and we went home. I tried to contact the property to get my refunds and they are ignoring my messages. I'm about to contact a lawyer and take this management to small claims court! DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! Also the hallways smell like mold!!

Nothing, we didn't get to say we checked in and checked out immediately We checked in and the front desk tried to recharge our room after we already paid. She gave us our room key. We went to our room and opened the door to find a naked woman in the room. The front desk gave us the keys to an already rented room this was our wedding night and I was annoyed by this so we went back downstairs, gave her the keys told him we want to refund and had somebody pick us up to take us home and that is how we spent our wedding night.
