The rooms were nice and clean, the AC was amazing and the Complimentary Breakfast each morning was great. The exercise room was also great.

I liked how spacious the room was, free breakfast, and tv had different streaming options. The room had everything needed, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I loved the room, especially the constant house keeping. Staff was really easy to work with when I extended my stay! Sometimes the back door would not work and would have to go around. Walls were thin.

The hotel room smelled so bad that I walked in and walked right out. The room was not suitable to stay in.

I made and paid a reservation only to be told on the day I checked in that it is sold out and downgraded the unit I stayed. The management refused to give a monetary refund if the payment I made and the actual cost of the unit they gave me. It wasn't much but the action of giving away my reservation is disappointing and frustrating

For our trip it was a great location easy access. Only down fall was the TV never worked

Location and price Hotel is beginning to show its age. Some repairs such as the elevator button on the third floor was not up to code. The room I was in had the swing bar lock taped up so it couldn’t be used.

They property was maintained and the staff were kind and friendly. The only thing I would say is the room had a odor to it, not a horrible one but maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned or something. But overall it served its purpose.

⭐ Very Disappointing Stay — I Will Not Return I understand that the hotel is located alongside the highway, so I expected to hear some traffic. However, the noise in my room was beyond what I expected. It honestly felt like my bed was sitting in the middle of the highway. I could hear every single car driving up and down the road throughout the night. It was extremely loud and made it very difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, for two nights in a row, someone on the same floor repeatedly opened their door and just let it slam shut. The noise from the door slamming was incredibly loud and disruptive, especially during the night. What concerned me the most was noticing that the screws around my window appeared to be loose or coming out, which made me feel unsafe in the room. I did not report it during my stay because I did not want to bring unwanted attention to myself or my room while I was still staying there. Between the nonstop highway noise, the repeated door slamming, and my concerns about the window, I did not feel comfortable or relaxed during my stay. I understand that a hotel cannot control every guest or every car on the highway, but guests should still be able to feel safe and get a decent night’s sleep. Beware the king room is small. The picture of the king room shows a couch in the room. That is the studio room. Management said they will have to correct the error in room description. air conditioner rattled. Got it to stop by laying backpack on top.
