The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy to park.

I requested the staff to clean the room before we left for the day. When we returned , dirty towels were still on the floor, trash had not been emptied. No cleaning had been done. I had to ask for additional wash clothes.

Things were fine. Not great, and not bad. The breakfast wasn't really worth going to, they were out of most things when we got there (around 8:30am on a Sunday).

It was a super small room. Way too small for what I was told would be comfortable spacious rooms..if it's just you and 1 other person definitely go for it but my gracious so so so small. Not very friendly staff except the 1housekeeping staff I seen. The shampoo and body wash they have secured in the bathrooms were damn near empty..It was probably a rough weekend for them but for what we paid I was disappointed..

Great staff and good rooms. Property itself has seen lots of use, work out room is pretty banged up.

Pillows were worn out and hard Hair dryer was broken tv had issues with locking up and the smoke detector was missing on the wall.

Good price, nice staff, clean room, would stay again but… shower was not good, the towels are small and rough, and the tissue was see-through.

We enjoyed our stay at the Parkwood Inn. The staff was very accommodating and the room was in excellent condition. The only negative was the breakfast. All three days the coffee was barely warm. The eggs were like plastic and tasteless rather than fresh scrambled eggs, and they had no fruit. I would not recommend this hotel for the breakfast, but I would for everything else associated with our stay.
