There were ants in our room up on the 3rd floor and the property is not well maintained. Will never stay there again.
-
The room wasn't bad. It's just there was water all over the floor from the air conditioning unit. The pool was nice. The hot tub was really nice. Breakfast was horrible I have to say. Everything tasted really gross and burnt like someone was rushing it which I understand people have time but there is no milk cartons in the refrigerator th milk that was available in the pictures was warm overallI, didn't like it.

The air conditioning worked and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was not as clean as I expect.

Clean and helpful and easy to find.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet during a football game weekend. Breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfasts. We will stay here again.

Check-in was very smooth for our party of 21. Accommodations for us were so nice and friendly. They allowed our group to eat dinner in the breakfast area when we arrived late at night. They had laundry soap for us to use for our team jerseys since we forgot ours. They made sure there was plenty of breakfast for our team when we told them our breakfast eat time. They went above and beyond with our stay, and we can't wait to come back next year and stay here again!

Dirty, amenities almost non existent and out of service overcharged 400 dollars, paid 870 for a 480 room, they blame the bank and the bank blames them so we lost 400 dollars. Food was cold and not fit to eat. Coffee after breakfast non existent

Otherwise great hotel!

The property inside was worn and dirty, one of our beds was broken , Took 30 minutes for hot water to heat in shower. Changed rooms and the toilet didn’t work! Would not comp a night but did give 15% off

Pool was extremely cold and no hot tub. Just a SPA. Sauna was broke. Watch your tires. Screws and scrape mental pieces in parking lot.
