I chose to stay here for a couple of days I asked the next day about room being cleaned was it automatic or did we have to request it needless to say came back to a dirty room staff was not helpful at all

We were impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the entire suite and facility. The breakfast buffet had a little something for everyone.

There was a dirty sheet left on the pull out couch. And the tub took forever to drain

Overall the stay was all right. However, the AC was too noisy and the hallway was smelly. Probably the carpet should be washed frequently. Elvators floors were often dirty.

They wouldn't let us check-in because the card that was used is my husband's card. And he's not with me, he's out-of-state. So I had to sleep in my car. They would not work with me. And neither would Expedia.

Clean room, several breakfast options, convenient location. Traveled with a group of 9 and was able to accommodate in a suite.

I enjoyed the location, extremely convenient to airport with multiple restaurants and stores within a few miles. I was a little disappointed with the interior upkeep, when in search of poorly direction " ice machine " i couldn't help to notice every floor had stained carpets with some floors when in search smell of urine incubation as to heating system extending a warm welcoming, I thought Paris Hilton would never approve as a dog was barking passing a room while in thought, other than that, I would return in hopes an overhaul, long overdue was as property has been in business many many years and a freshen up a great suggestion for the Hilton brand.

The staff was great. Room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The stairwell smelled but we only passed through to get to the parking in the back.
