Rooms were clean, location is quiet with large parking lot. Room cleaning happens once every 3 days -- you must request new towels or additional cleanings. Breakfast is very basic and the same every day: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breads, yogurt, cereal, DIY waffles.

Stay was pleasant and economical

The property is difficult to get in and out of. The rooms claimed with the bathroom The bathroom was very dirty in our room. I want a refund.

The breakfast hours for me are not convenient. It would be much more convenient and useful to your guests if the hours could be extended to 10:00 a.m.. Thank you

When I checked in to my room I thought the room was clean based off the smell. However when I pulled the cover back to check to make sure the bed was clean it was not. So I tried to give a pass because mistakes happen sometimes as humans we forget things. So I asked for my sheets to be changed I was told I had to do it myself. Again I tried to be compassionate because I get it some places don’t have someone 24hrs a day for things like that. But other places normally would change them for you because they want to show good hospitality. So I changed them myself because I was ready for bed . As I went to take a shower before bed I noticed that they had bed bugs in the bathroom. Once they get past the beds that means the whole place has them. The woman at the desk didn’t really sound surprised just asked “Oh was this in the bathroom?” As though she knows they have them I told her I need a full refund she said she would let her manager know and that it would take 2 business days. Also as a person who is apart of the lgbtg+ community they are not community friendly I went with my partner we are both black women and several times during our check in conversation the woman at the desk kept asking if we NEEDED a room with two beds even after we both repeated no one bed was fine more than once.

Nice tv, comfortable bed I arrived at midnight coming from the airport after a long flight. I don't know why I was put in a handicapped bathroom room with a walk in shower but was looking forward to a nice bath after a 5 hour flight unfortunately it was a big walk in shower and not even a bath mat was provided for the next morning. So I just turned the heat on and went to bed as I was exhausted only to wake up at 8 am to a cold room, unfortunately the heat wasn't working at all over night. I took a hot shower to warm up and left ASAP as it was so cold in the room. Also the carpet had stains on it and wasn't very clean and being put on the first floor the traffic is very noisy.

Great location..but the shower ceiling was peeling and the bathroom mat was not very clean..over all it was ok..

Stayed for one night between travels. Ok for the purpose. Dated, but good. Bed was comfortable. Crumbs in the beside table, but overall a good stay.

bathroom needed a Reno - peeling wallpaper, toilet paper holder broken. pool was cold. only one ice maker in a 5 story building? breakfast didn't look edible - sausage patties looked "grey", scrambled eggs not very appealing. staff was helpful. overall, hotel looks tired. room looks tired. maybe a Reno might help.

Bathrooms really need fixing up. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast is very limited: One kind of yogurt, no toppings for the waffles other than 1 syrup.
