There 4 nights never had room cleaned. Ran out of towels. Fridge froze my food. And always head to wait 5 mins for someone to come to front desk.

Enjoyed the hot tub in the room. However, the carpet was not as clean as I would have liked. Free parking was nice.

Nothing special. 1. Booking .com did not show the taxes in the price. 2. Housekeeping is not offered daily. Booking.com did not disclose this. When I insisted on daily housekeeping, I still had to remind them every day. 3. Breakfast is the generic, industrial, supermarket quality that only Americans can eat. 4. HVAC does not work as per your setting. 5. Location is in an area full of warehouses, wholesale shops, with no retail or dining anywhere.

Nice room, very comfortable beds and perfect property location. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was cold. Properties do this regularly now - trying to save money, but Brrrr !!
