Sleep Inn & Suites Lubbock West

Good Value. Clean room. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.

Everything was clean good choice of breakfast and the beds you don't wanna get out of

Good location It wasn’t well maintained, it needs a remodel or maintenance . It was clean but the run down look didn’t make it great for me

Nothing Loud stomping most of the night and morning the commode was stopped up all night told the desk and was told that they didn’t have a plunger and could do nothing about it

Dirty walls and ceilings, paint scraped off of wall as, exposed nails from broken furniture, dirty bedding, rude staff.

The only redeeming quality for me was the water was hot and decent pressure in the shower. For a hotel that wanted to charge almost a whole night stay to check in early, I’d at least expect the rooms to be somewhat decent.

Room clerk was rude and absent from front desk when I arrived. No coffee pot in room. Room was clean otherwise and nice variety for breakfast.

Location was great! Ice machines didn’t work, tv didn’t work until we got maintenance to fix it, needs many repairs

Helpful courteous staff. Warm indoor pool. Good breakfast. The jets on the hot tub didn’t work. The mattress pad was stained and ripped so needed replaced. The chair needed a shampoo.

See photos for condition, basically everything was nasty. Have no idea what choice led me to book this hotel but beware and steer clear!

Clean room

Ice machines didn't work on any of the floors. No other issues.

The bed was comfortable The staff was not helpful. The room had issues, like you had to ask for a remote and was not told that when checking in. Then the remote did not work on TV. The fridge had issues and had a puddle of water in the bottom and a nasty towel in it to collect the water. Carpet are in not so great shape.

Price. Room size. Bed comfort. Building seems a bit worn. No tissues in bath room.
