The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and I like to location which was right across from our Expo The fact that you have to pay for parking when I’m at the convention center is well ridiculous especially $14 a day. It would be better just to roll that into the cost of the hotel instead of charging it separate the weekend Friday Saturday and Sunday the food is good. The coffee is good, but Thursday always seems to not be so good especially the coffee.

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable The pool was advertised as heated but was 100% not. It was freezing cold on 2 separate attempts to swim. The shower tub floor is very slippery and we put a wash cloth down to stand on for the kids.

Breakfast was great! Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was fabulous! Very affordable for everything you get. 10/10 No comments, everything was great!

Always appreciate a full breakfast instead of the usual cereal and frozen egg offerings at other hotels. Great Staff, was warmly greeted and received several offerings for any other services I might need during my stay. I felt the mattress was just to firm to my liking.

Beautiful hotel, reasonable price. Good restaurant on the premises. Potato chips on the floor for 12 hours detracted from the cleanliness rating.

I needed a different pillow, as the one on the bed was too large for my neck. I went and asked for one and by the time I went back up to my room it was there for me and it was perfect. They were so nice.
