Hallway smelled like weed bad, only one towel in a room and no extras at counter, bed sheets had stains on em
-
The only thing is no soaps, or coffee in rooms.
-
Poor condition no breakfast tears in carpet old crowd bathroom or bedding tv hard to work. Would not recommend

Property conditions were poor and untidy. It looks like a long-term stay with permanent residents. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, and I felt bad for her working there. One room was full of bikes. The carpets was coming off, looked old and dirty, the room smelled like stale urine, and I wasn't sure if everything was old or dirty. I did not stay the night and had to find another hotel.

This hotel was awful! We arrived at the property and see people gathered outside (they looked homeless some didn’t have shoes on) we then realized they lived there! Looking at the building there were many fans in windows. We went to the front desk and there was a sign on the desk that said “for check in, we needed to go to a different hotel!” So, no one was watching the property!! People were just coming and going! Very sketchy! Called to get our money back and was told they would have to call the property (remember, NO ONE IS AT THIS PROPERTY) ended up getting a partial refund because it was after check in when we arrived!! I will never use Hotels.com again!! Not only was this a very bad experience but to not get our money back even though we have pictures of everything is the biggest mistake of our whole trip!! Not to mention after everything is said and done it’s 2 hours later getting into a nice clean, air conditioned, managed hotel after driving 12 hrs!! Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever received!! Hopefully I’ll be able to include pictures!!

This hotel was not 27 miles away from estes park, also stunk like somebody had lived in the room for months. I was told by somebody that had been at the hotel the hot tub hasn't worked for 8 weeks. We only received one towel in the bathroom, and it was stained. The sheets and "blanket" were paper thin.

Ever heard of being catfished? Welp this is that hotel. Read reviews before booking!! Made that mistake! The worker was working both hotels so you had to go to a different hotel to get help with this one…… room was gross, stains on the wall on the floor on the bed, bathroom was mid. Hot tub wasn’t working and looked gross. Main pool was so cold and the bottom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. It felt so ghetto and definitely don’t recommend.

When driving up saw the building is a bit run down so not surprised the interior was the same. Looked into the pool area and saw hot tub taped off for construction. No pool for me. In the room there was an ancient microwave and a spot for a small fridge but no fridge. There were no towels in the bathroom, so I had to call down to front desk and the staff was able to find a couple for me. Fortunately only stayed one night. Bed was fine and shower worked. Note to self, stay somewhere else next time.

There’s people that hang in the parking lot, cigarette smell and outdated did not feel clean
-
The sheets were disgusting! Asked for new ones and the receptionist, who was work both this "hotel" AND the one next door, dropped of a completely stained set of sheets. The bathroom had cigarette burns every where; the whole place reeked of weed, and there were adults riding bicycles up and down the hallway. We did not feel safe. Very disappointed!
-
No toilet paper in the room Hole in the wall Old tissues behind the bedside table
-
I went to check in and there were a few people sitting against the wall outside the building. I went to check in but no one was at the front desk. I waiting about 7 to 10 minutes, no one came to the front desk. I went to wait in my car and the people that were outside were smoking something out of a glass pipe. I got in my car and left.
-
We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned or visited for a while, hence the layer of dust.
-
There was not a trash can in our room. I was miss lead to believe lurking room slept 3 adults, however there was only 1 bed a king size bed. I had to sleep in the floor. There was only 1 set of towels. I could go on but I would be here for days
-
Property had a large gathering of people loitering outside, smoking and possibly drinking. I was unsure if they were guests or visitors, but the crowd made me and my 2 young kids very uncomfortable to stay there. The place was dirty and not well kept. Staff were not helpful. 1/10 would not recommend.
-
They should literally tear this place down. Or stop allowing decent people to stay there and just give it over to the drug addicted community. I hate to be so honest about how horrible it was, when the staff was actually super nice and understanding, but I think that's because they know how horrible it is and they are just trying to make a paycheck. No shade on them. Super sweet and throughly helpful.

This place sucks. Don’t bother to go in
-
Really dirty room. Bad smells.
-
Everything it was disgusting and not as advertised

The night clerk was great. The A/C in the room barely worked and the room was warm and stuffy all night. They put newer units in the hallways but the room units are ancient. Towels were stained, door latch didn't work properly, only had one towel. No wash clothes, hand towels, tissues, and one bar of soap. The desk clerk offered to move us rooms but also said that all the rooms were the same and they only put one towel in each room because they didn't have enough towels for all the rooms unless we asked for them. Won't be returning.
