Louisville Marriott Downtown

Didn’t like the many homeless people right outside on the sidewalk.

Nothing. Way to expensive for what the room was. No microwave, unfinished ice cream in the freezer that was never cleaned out by house keeping and multiple blood staines on the bed comforter. On top of having to pay for parking when it should have been free. Will never stay here or any other hotels with same name again. Yall should be ashamed of yourself!!

The hotel was clean and personnel very friendly and helpful. It was in a perfect location to restaurants and walking to site seeing. Nothing disliked.

The vending machines were completely empty. On every floor. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Could use new or different pillows though. They get super flat. Making them get hot fast and obviously uncomfortable. The staff was great and was able to accommodate us checking in pretty late.

Walls were solid, could not hear people in the next room Bed was very slept in, higher in one side than the other

The staff was amazing and the hotel was very nice and clean however, the biggest issues was the hotel was incredibly hot everywhere! The ladies restrooms were like saunas and it was difficult to maintain a decent temperature. The hotel really needs to address the temperature issues.

Property was nice! Room was as expected! Valet/service was much to be desired! Room service snd bar service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered! Was told by room service they had water; but if I wanted then I had to come get them myself! She wasn’t delivering them! Bartender in the hotel lounge was so bad it was laughable!! Told us she was doing us a favor by waiting on us! Lost her mind when I ask for 3 small bowls to put nuts in so our party of eight didn’t have to pass around the same cardboard cup she put them in!
