location was great and the hotel was modern and clean.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a strange “musty” smell in the East Tower room. It was strong enough that it made the overall stay very unpleasant.

Our stay was great! Beds were comfy hotel and room smelled fresh and clean. Our room was so spacious. The construction outside was a bit of an eyesore but it was still nice. I would stay again!

Our favorite hotel….great overall service, location, staff, restaurants/bars and everything you need or want when traveling. I strongly recommend the Galt House and will always stay there when in Louisville.

friendly staff. located convenient to downtown the bed comforter was not fully clean. It would have been nice to provide complementary coffee for guests in the lobby and/or complimentary breakfast included in the price of the hotel package

Nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Great views from the room and excellent location. It’s downtown and everything is walking distance

Property was great. Wish we had more time to explore. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we thought we would. Directions, particularly in the garage elevators and in the garage were poor. Lots of trial and error figuring out how to get to the lobby.

Room was lovely and view was as described. The location and parking were both very good. The reception team dealt very efficiently with problem I had with room service. The room service was very slow, it took 90 minutes to arrive and was cold. Need more staff to deliver the food to the rooms.

Nice view. Great size. Loved having a tub, even if it was small. It took 3 days and 2 different times contacting the front desk to get housekeeping. The room was not cleaned the first 3 days. Good thing I brought my own toiletries. Half of the bottles provided were empty the entire 5 night stay.

Exceptional

Location was great, view was wonderful, bed-was comfortable. We had to keep reminding staff to replace the coffee, and also ran out of shower soap. Supplies not adequately checked on servicing.

The room was nice. The balcony door handle was loose and made the road noise loud. The in room coffee was not good at all. Thankfully the starbucks was open. The stay was great, room clean, bed comfortable and staff was kind. Roger was unbelievably helpful. Valet was kind and courteous. We will absolutely stay again.

Front desk staff was unaware of perks with our reservation - even though asked, Upon check out I was informed we should have received vouchers. Staff also tried to downgrade our reservation - telling me they didn't have a room. They did.

We love the Galt House. Would recommended for sure. It is central to everything and easy to access to everything.

Location was excellent Bathroom looked new but everything was loose, Towel rail, toilet roll holder, Shower curtain to small or fitted to high on the wall
