Days Inn by Wyndham Louisville Airport Fair and Expo Center

The location. The room was roach infested & the front desk staff was extremely rude & not helpful to get me some type of accommodation with the room.

I feared for my safety.

Comfortable room Roachs bad shower head no light

Pleasant

The room needed a little more attention to counter tops around faucets. Breakfast should have had more options. It was nice having places to eat close by.

Old needs repair, sub standard.

What a great interaction we had with her! Hope to see her next year. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!!

Exceptional

First room we went into had 2 cockroaches and a cricket in it. Also smelled strongly like urine. Asked for another room and it was minimally better, no bugs or urine smell, but still very run down. Hair in the tub on arrival and stained bed skirt and curtains. Crumbs on nightstand.

No good

.

The property is extremely run down and dirty.

Nothing The door, the shower, the bed covers, the carpet and the sink

Superb

The room was filthy … the floors were so gross we had to wear shoes at all to time. The shower current wasn’t long enough so every shower flooded the floor.

The AC was great and they didn’t have bugs but the upkeep of the building is horrible. It wasn’t as clean as most hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. It seems they hire people that don’t know what they’re doing to fix things (drywall, shower head, the bathtub, and handle in the shower) it looks like they renovated but the person didn’t know what they were doing the flooring is already coming apart and buckling. There was a step up to the bathroom and almost tripped on it everytime because it wasn’t done properly. Didn’t try the breakfast and the staff was pretty nice.

The only good thing I will say is they refunded our money. The hotel is in terrible condition. Our room was awful dirty and poor maintenance.

Pleasant

This motel is a bit on the older side, but it is clean. The bedroom is very nice and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny and outdated. So if that matters to you, you might not like it, our drain was really, and the maintenance guy was on it immediately and fixed it right up. Very friendly and helpful staff. When we checked in, they recommended an excellent Cuban restaurant up the road. It’s very convenient to the airport. We stayed for the louder than life festival and it made for the perfect spot to get a good night sleep.

Bugs and bad conditions. Not to mention roving crooks nearby. Not to mention their breakfast was the worst out there. 0/10 would not come back
