location, food was good and service in the restaurants was good especially "open air" on the 2nd floor. Seems like management is a little weak because I had to go back and forth to change keys 3 times when I checked in a front desk didn't acknowledge the problem, kept saying it was the door when it actually was the key card not being programed properly. Front desk clerk did not appologize for the inconvinience or show empathy. Otherwise, it was a good experience. 7-11 right across the street.

Restaurant Front desk staff was apathetic & unhelpful & unwelcoming. The room they put me in SMELLED! The request for ‘good view, our first visit’ I put through Bookings.com and to which they responded! The front desk guy had no idea of it and simply dismissed it, including the manager standing next to him. Gave me the worst room in the hotel on the 3rd floor: smelly, windows didn’t open hence the stench, worst view - a flat roof running across underneath the window. The room I was shifted to on 4th floor had loud street noise all night & the AC fan made sound of a small plane engine all night long. It is a shame that Bookings.com has this hotel on their offer!!

Everything was great ! All love Nothing could’ve been better

This hotel was unexpectedly AWESOME! The rooms are modern and have everything you need for a short stay. Nice big desk in the room! The view on the upper levels is gorgeous on the Hollywood hills side of hotel, you can even see the Hollywood sign. Everything is clean, and well attended to with housekeeping. The pool and greenhouse style restaurant is a highlight. Lobby and Alfred coffee a massive plus too! There is some general street noise which quietens down at night, mostly because the hotel is located in centre of lively Koreatown. Staff are exceptionally helpful, they will store your luggage for you and tell you where everything is! Great find, if you don't want to stay in DTLA and much closer to Weho! Nothing! Everything great! Slightly noisy at night due to outside traffic hustle, depends on what level your on, if you're sensitive to noise, ask for level 5 or higher.

Location and view from the rooms Expensive parking

I really enjoyed my stay at The LINE. The hotel has a beautiful urban aesthetic with a cool concrete/industrial style that gives it a lot of character. The room was really nice, the bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed including practical amenities like an iron and hairdryer. The location is also great. There’s a metro station right next to the hotel and Koreatown is a lively area with plenty of restaurants and places to explore nearby. The little café inside the hotel is very convenient although quite expensive. The rooftop is also a great spot and definitely adds to the overall experience. The welcome could have been better. The staff member we dealt with at check-in was quite cold and not particularly helpful which wasn’t the best first impression. The room also doesn’t have much space for luggage. There is quite a lot of furniture so once you open your suitcases it quickly feels cramped and there isn’t much room to move around. Parking at the hotel is quite expensive although there are several alternative parking options around the property.

Very funky industrial chic vibe Pretty posh and fancy, no free parking and busy city centre location

If you wanna know what trendy looks like this is the hotel for you and love that it's in the middle of lots of great Korean restaurants and not far from many other LA must tries

The staff at the restaurant was nice. I didn't like the room. The cement wall felt so cold and unfinished, the lamp needed to be fixed and lack of a coffee machine was a bad surprise!

The staff was great. Food was excellent. Wellness classes suburb. Stay was comfortable. The carpets exiting the elevator smelled of mildew even in my room especially I think since windows can't be open so its stuffy. One evening, a homeless came screaming through the bar/lobby which was abit unsettling.

1. Misleading hotel credit At check-in, I was told I had a $100 credit for five nights, calculated at $20 per night. The coffee shop exclusion was explained, but the $20 daily limit and loss of unused credit were not. Believing I could use the full $100 toward one meal, I had a $173.87 dinner, including gratuity. Only at checkout was I told the credit had to be used daily. I would not have incurred that expense had the terms been clear. A $20 daily credit with no carryover should be described that way. 2. Unhelpful complaint handling The receptionist said I should have asked more clearly. When I requested a manager, she said none was there. I then asked for a manager's business card, but she initially declined, saying the hotel had many managers. I simply wanted one appropriate contact. Only after I insisted did she go to the back room and provide a card. The issue remained unresolved. 3. Noise and heating problems Noise through the large windows—from nearby hotel activity, street conversations, traffic, and emergency vehicle sirens—disrupted my sleep throughout the stay. On the first night, the room was about 68°F and was not warming adequately. Staff brought a portable space heater after I reported the problem. I expected clear communication, helpful service, and a comfortable room where I could sleep. This stay fell short.
