The room was not cleaned. There was hair in the shower and bathroom floor. It was very dusty too. We were only there for the one night after a long flight so we didn’t let the hotel know. The room was not cleaner and the air con units were very loud.
-
The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft, the shuttle ran every 15 minutes, and the location was excellent for a one-night layover. Unfortunately, a high-pitched sound went off about every 40 minutes and kept waking us up. We could also hear noise from the hallway. It was very disappointing that late checkout wasn’t available.

2 different occasions I was being almost charged for parking. It would be nice to have staff ask if parking was included in price when booking stay. I can’t imagine how many people they have overcharged. When I mentioned I had parking with my stay it was an immediate “oh yes, I see it here” so it was visible.

Easy check in and parking was convenient especially since we came in two cars. Loved that the water in room was complimentary and not an extra charge! Staff was very helpful and provided quick responses.

Everytime i'm staying at LAX, my go to Hotel is this one. Very convenient shuttles every 20 minutes to get to the airport to catch your flight. Staff are always great and rooms are always clean and spacious.

Great location and nice staff Non listed 200 dollar deposit that was not fun to hear. Nothing in the listing about it Shuttle is very slow and not organized. Waited for a long time then everyone just rushed in and filled up their airport shuttle. Just called an Uber instead of waiting
