Nice location, clean room.

Under partial remodeling making a lot of dust, some noise, and super slow elevators. Okay breakfast; nice to have hot items, but not many healthy options. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Super small indoor pool with no jacuzzi.

Property under renovation and only 1 elevator, very long wait to go up 1 floor. Good location with lots of restaurants close by.

The hotel is close to the port and has a lot of food options close by. The beds were very worn and taco shaped. The water pressure in the shower was super low. Just a dribble coming out of the head. To a long time to just wash my hair. They have a lot of parking. The breakfast was standard hotel food but edible.

This is a renovated property and is still being renovated, especially the 2nd-floor rooms. We were on the 3rd floor. The location was great, within walking distance of all of Long Beach's attractions. The issue is with the breakfast area. It is too compact for the size of the accommodation, and there is hardly any way to sit and eat during breakfast hours. They need to do something to fix this issue. Breakfast itself is standard, with very limited options. But fair for the price.

Location seems convenient. The curtains were see through. There was bodily fluids on the bed skirt. And the staff was rude.

The property encircles the garage and a busy street is on the other side. The crew doing the renovations leaves all the windows open meaning you’re hearing every car door locking. Window in the room was also left unlocked so we were awakened to the trash truck slamming the container early in the morning. It’s obvious there’s zero attention to detail towards guest comfort. I grew up in the hotel/restaurant industry so I know it when I see it. There are plenty of other options in the area.
