Location to the event. Didn’t feel like the Holiday Inn Experience like we normally are used to. Not sure if it was recently purchased or what.

Counter Staff was amazing, the lady at check, I believe her name was Jessica. She rocked. Great attitude, very helpful, and fun to chat with.

I did not feel very safe in my room given that there was an open space between the door and doorframe. The elevator shook and made creaking noises. The towels were meant to be white, but were yellow, and each of my towels had hair in/ on them.

The hotel was clean overall, but very dated, dark, and dingy. The room could definitely use some updating. The bathroom was especially disappointing—the shower looked dirty and worn and really needs to be replaced. Some renovations and brighter finishes would make a significant difference in the overall appearance and comfort of the hotel.

Есть у отеля грешок, бассейн надо освежить и цена. Почему я по приложению заплатил 94$ а при прибытие ещё попросили 50$? Почему? Вот за это мне жалко ставить хорошую оценку, просто не честно.

The bed was comfortable & the staff were all nice & helpful. You need to renovate when it’s the only spot in town to stay. People want to feel like they have spent $150 per night on something that is worth the cost. The Marijuana dispensary being directly in front of of your building and a majorly dilapidated long stay hotel right beside it Does not make people feel welcome or safe… More like you took a wrong turn into a very sketchy part of town! Not to mention an overnight parking lot for Semi trucks, all running and starting up at odd hours. Holiday Inn you can do much better than this for your patrons & your employees.

The Pool room is moldy , and falling apart. the walls have GIANT gaping mold pockets. The rooms are OK but their sheet rock guy needs retrained , whomever is patching the walls does it with a spatula and fingers. Its a DIVE. honestly , this place is a dive.

We had to clean the room down before we utilized it. The floor in the bathroom was not swept. Toilet would not fully flush. When I called for some assistance no one came. Breakfast was low by 8:30 there was barely any hot portions of the regular things like eggs and no pancake batter for making them.
