Easy check-in and staff were super nice. Our room was quiet and clean. The hotel is a little dated, but we had a very nice stay. I would stay here again.

It was frustrating that nearly everything came with an additional charge. For the price and reputation of the hotel, I expected better accommodations, friendlier service, and more included amenities. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this location again.

Great rooms, very clean. Beds are so comfortable. I was originally placed in a room near the elevators that was very loud. When I called downstairs to ask for a new room I was originally told that I’d have to come downstairs. But then the woman answering the phone was able to get someone to bring my key-which was wonderful because I wasn’t feeling well.

The restaurant's premises are in need of renovation because the smell inside is not at an acceptable level. It does not match the standards of the Westin hotel.

The hotel is far from the city but very accommodating. Target is right next door as well as a local mall and the movie theater. The hotel had a gym pool, hot tub and a sauna. The free breakfast topped things off. I enjoyed the entire stay.

For 24 hours the wifi was to working properly!!! Lost a day of work in my room.

A wonderful place to stay! The rooms are spacious and clean and it's so quiet. What I LOVED is that there are so many stores to shop at. It's right next to Target!

Rooms could use updating- no towel bar in the bathroom- dresser doors did not close properly- no hooks anywhere to hang a purse or easentials
