The room was clean

Reception was very helpful during check in. Everything smelled clean and fresh from the elevator to the hallway and the rooms. Does not mention this but sofa turns into a pullout bed (twin size maybe). Room was spacious and spotless and I love how the A/C works to what you set it at and you can actually feel the temperature difference. No pool but has a large area in the back that some of our soccer boys used to kick the ball around. Some of our soccer boys also used the gym and the game room that provided a big jenga and other board games. Breakfast had a nice option from omelette with and without veggies, waffles, sausage links, toast, bagels, toast, parfait bar, coffee, soft drink, and juices and much more. Loved the area because everything is close by like CVS, and DQ are right next door and Target, Canes, five below might be half a mile away. Mall is near too. Best stay ever!!

The manager of the evening shift, Clarence, provided exemplary customer support. Clarence was very professional and engaging during the check-in process. Furthermore, when we were unable to get our in-room A/C unit to power on, he managed to diagnose the issue quickly and had the unit running in a matter of minutes. Thanks again Clarence!

Hotel was great, and staff were nice. Wife forgot a toothbrush and had to pay $2.00 instead of a cheap free toothbrush. Other than that great. Free parking helped.

Availability Location. Was approached by panhandler within 50 ft of front door of hotel upon arrival.

Very great experience for a long drive there with my 8 month old grandson. Breakfast was fit for him and I both, parking was the worse though. I literally had to park at the back of the hotel just to find a spot. Also, not being able to own room temp was not good.

Very clean, and comfortable with a modern interior and lobby which was very nice. I was pleased to be welcomed by the staff at check in and at breakfast which was appreciated. Couldn’t stay for breakfast but it looked good and I was really surprised with the fresh berries and granola options, something healthier than a usual hotel breakfast.
