My family and I arrived around 10pm on a Friday night and was greeted with smiles from both employees. I was also able to joke around and be my little snarky self and them laugh and joke back. (unlike some places where they have absolutely no sense of humor) The check in process was painless with no awkward silence. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was the guy that was on wheels he was the one who handled my check in and even gave me the information to make sure I got my sons gaming console properly connected to the internet! And don’t get me started on the breakfast!!! The woman that was responsible for keeping it stocked and cleaned was amazing! Nothing was unavailable for very long, she was very sweet, doing it all by herself and she was KILLING IT! The employees there deserve a bonus or raise or some kind of special recognition! Oh and there was a small litter of kittens under the bushes by the stairs outside! So cute!!!! ( that totally has nothing to do with the hotel but it made my day! I wanted to take them home with me but my other two cats would have been super mad at me!! lol)

Location A+, All eateries nearby. I-20 interstate next to the hotel itself. My kids said check-in has never been so smooth before. We are a frequent traveler family. Room was neat and clean and good size accommodation. So, if you are in the neighborhood, book this hotel with confidence. You’ll not be disappointed.

Location They did not have any hot water and they let Me book in at the front desk and they should have told me their hot water is out the first room the toilet overflowed they gave me a new room. The hot water did not work in the hotel at all.

Every thing was okay except for some small things. The tv remote didn't work right and was told they can't help with the tv. I still found my channel. Then was told that an extra chair wasn't available. But the kicker is that I reserved a handicapped accessible room and it definitely wasn't. I was offered an accessible room but we had already settled in. So we made the most of it. Hopefully the Holiday Inn Express that we normally stay is available next time. The one nice thing is the Italian restaurant literally right across the parking lot was EXCELLENT!! And having a McDonalds right there was also nice. Still had a good time.

The beds I asked for a Saturday room clean after a Thursday arrival and didn't receive it, got it on Sunday after going down to the front desk. TV remote wasn't working 100%
