It was located in the area we wanted to visit. The property was clean but dated. Because we were in the Annex across the street it was difficult to use any of the resort amenities yet I feel we were still paying the price of a resort. The road we needed to cross to get to the resort part was heavily traveled and could not be crossed on foot ( at least not by these Senior Citizens). We had to drive over and that made it very inconvenient.

Super nice rooms and facilities, this place is complete with dinner, gift shop, pool, hot tub and everything in between. and it's 4 minutes from Flume Gorge. Nothing

View from the room. Overpriced buffet breakfast

Bartender Josh was very friendly, the view is outstanding and so is the location. The clam chowder was excellent! The rest of the buffet was very disappointing, especially for the price. The rooms are very outdated and rustic but not in a good way. I would recommend it to friends but would have to warn them about what to expect.

Highly recommend

Beautiful location Breakfast buffet at $18 per person was a little expensive for what was offered
-
The view of lake and location Outdated facilities, expensive
-
Excellent location! There is a wonderful pond to walk around, paddle boats, a hotel and a pool. No complaints.

We stayed in the building across the street from the main site. The building is in need of updates and maintenance. The bed was clean but The rooms were not clean by our standards- and there were so many tiny black bugs in our room due to seasons changing- but still. Also, the bathroom had a urine odor. The walls are thin and we could hear outside and Next-door talk loud and clear.

This is the worst hotel of our lives. It was my wife’s birthday and I gave her the worst possible experience: everything old, dirty, and dusty. Thank you, Indian Head owners. The most expensive night of our 9 days trip and the most awful hotel.

Breakfast was over priced and there was no one around so we left.

Bathroom had gnats, especially in the shower. Bathroom door had grim splash on it, on the inside . We stayed in the section across the street so using the pool or hot tubs was pointless to have to walk across the road, or drive. Not worth what we paid for.

Old building, noizy pipes.

Autumn the manager was great!

Loved the property. So close to all the sites.
-
Perfect location for fall foliage and their restaurant has the best views
