The hotel has been updated and currently being renovated but they also need to replace their bedsheets. They are yellow-ish and you can smell the musty scent. They also need to clean better as floors aren’t vacuumed. You can tell the walls have been repainted and can smell the paint but some areas need to be cleaned as you can see dirt, grime on the walls abd doors. Very dusty too so need to dust the areas more!

I typically don't stay in Best Westerns because they are usually above my price range, but this one had a really good rate for some reason, so it was a real treat. Nice room, comfy bed, clean and spacious. I like the toiletries they use and there is even a Keurig in the room for making coffee. Lots of food options nearby - a lot of fast food, though. Lots of choices at breakfast. Loved everything. And they have a water bottle filling station that really came in handy.

Staff was very very nice when we arrived. Entire building was clean, not just the rooms. The hall ways, the entrance, dinning, pool area, gym everything was very clean.

My brother was knocked down to the ground as he was trying to enter the building. He uses a walker. The position of the automatic button was just right of the door. In order to avoid, you would need to step back several steps—- but there was a planter or trash container in the way. Quick movement to the left was impossible due to his mobility issues. The staff didn’t act surprised which indicates that this has happened before

Me and my partner were driving overnight from Chicago. The staff was very friendly and kind. Made the stay so much more enjoyable!

We also had housekeeping repeatedly knock and then proceed to enter our hotel room after we said we are not ready, starting as early as 8am. It was super uncomfortable and inconvenient for our family. I think we counted a total of 6 times she did this! The front desk was always polite and helpful though.
