Location and everything around the hotel

Breakfast had a good selection. I have to follow GF diet. There were enough eggs, protein, and fruits for me to eat. When I checked in and went up to my room, the room was not ready. It looked like someone was still staying there, or the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest checked out. I called the front desk from the room, but no one answered. So I took pictures of the room and went back to the front desk. Fortunately, I was able to get another room fairly quickly, but this was an unacceptable situation, especially after a long day of traveling.

Breakfast and location was good Staff was not very friendly. Was not aware that the pool would be closed. I know I booked on a third party app but there should have been some kind of notification. Pretty frustrating for 4 little kids. AC dis not work in room. Took a long time to get that figured out. And left us hanging for a long time wondering if they would have a pack and play for our baby to sleep in

Bathtub rusted on both ends. Carpet stained. First room given had been cleaned

It was a great place to stay, except for the pool being out of service and there was only one microwave on the property. I expected the pool to be open and that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel for our stay. There was nothing prior to our stay that told us the pool would be closed for renovations. This was a big disappointment. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel with all the necessary amenities.

There was nothing to like. The rooms are dark, very outdated like the 60s decor. The bed was old, u even surface, extremely uncomfortable. The hvac was so loud I couldn't fall asleep. It appears Hyatt is trying to squeeze every Penney of profit for w f at they invested 40 years ago. The only thing that had been updated was the exterior of the building. If I thought I could get a refund zi would request it. Very disappointed with such a noticeable name in the hotel business. I explained what was wrong in the area about what I liked which was absolutely nothing. I checked out more exhausted than when I checked in. I couldn't even get an employee to check me out. I had to leave my room card in a jar on the counter. I used to travel for a living for 20 years. Hyatt needs to close this property down and rebuild it. It would be less expensive to tear it down than try to remodel it.

Location. Hotel was nice with free parking. Bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was nice daily and was nutritious and delicious. I would’ve want to see yogurt added. The lady who attended breakfast was extremely helpful to guests. Carpet in room 603 was badly stained and appeared dirty. There was no microwave oven in the room. Front desk staff could use updated instructions on customer service. Attitude is important. Lady with tight roller curls in her hair was gruff and unapproachable, although she seemed quite knowledgeable.

Location and staff The rooms were dirty. Breakfast was terrible. They double charged me and shared that the charge would be back within an hour which was not true. Charge is still pending

The room was clean and the bed comfortable for us. My only vritique is that the shower drain stopper had a broken pull knob that made it doffocult to.keep the drain fully open. Of coure the ceramic tiled shower was a real plus as was the studio condiguration of the room.

I thought it was ridiculous that they wanted a $25 fee for checking in an hour early when the hotels parking lot was empty. i thought that was pretty tacky.

Location Our beds were hard like sleeping on the ground. The toilet handle was broken and the bathtub was rusty. The toilet ran all the time I guess because the handle was broken. Do not recommend for the price. The breakfast was small and not much to choose from and the bacon was gross.

I really enjoy this hotel. I’ve been staying here 3-4 x a year for the he last 5 years or so. It’s still nice, but it’s starting to look worn. Bed is great, quiet and clean, but getting a little beat up. I’ll still stay here! Breakfast is great as well. Several very good restaurants within an easy walk. I’m lazy and kinda fat, so I’m talking maybe 5 minutes at a slow fat man walk.
