The property was immaculate but the floor was softer than the bed.

The staff were great. That starts with the manager that hired the staff and trained them. The front desk staff were friendly and problem solvers. The dining room staff I dealt with had smiles on their faces and asked if they could do anything more for me. A smile was part of their uniform. My room was clean and well appointed. The campus was a pleasure to walk around well maintained and very pretty.

The Pub was great. Our bartender (the little hispanic lady) took care of us for our two night stay. She was super friendly and a great personality. The gentleman and other lady bartender that worked with her could be taught a lesson from her. They did not go out of there way to serve you. Food and drinks were great

It was nice clean place with a really nice dining area. Breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom was small and closet was so hard to open that I thought it was locked. But people were nice and helpful.

Great place to stay. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space.

Had pretty much none of the in-room amenities described, water pressure was terrible, breakfast was more expensive than indicated on Expedia, card readers didn’t work effectively, and parking was a mess (main lot fills up fast and then it’s a long walk to back up lot). Not to mention the sound proofing was not great. Would never stay here again.

Very elegant I don't like the fact that you had to pay again after you already booked the room a extra $50 on top of the 250 that's rent for one day damn

Your bathrooms are way too small.

No kleenex in room...sink seemed clogged or slow. Was woken up at 1 am to very loud guests in lobby I called the front desk at 1:40 am to complain The staff member was not helpful I would expect for the amount I was charged for the room To not be disturbed at 1 am by drunk- unruly guests

Beautiful room in a beautiful facility. Very clean, staff very helpful. I would strongly recommend this motel.

Wonderful, beautiful property. Very pleased with this stay. If traveling back to this area this is the only place I will consider.

Side note out room had a fridge and no microwave, don't know if they all are like that just prepare to go to the lobby with your food

Room was large and clean, and updated. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had lots of cold/hot choices and beverages Would stay here again!!

The property has been recently renovated, and they spared no expense. It is a very beautiful and tranquil property staff were awesome, and breakfast was amazing.

Everything is about first impressions, professionalism and service regarding hotels and check-in process. My experience was awful! I drove 5 hours straight to get there. Showed up and began check in. I handed my card to the staff member and he began the process. I asked if there was a restroom near by while he proceeded to check me in. He said yes and pointed me toward the restroom. There were no other customers and there was another clerk not busy at the time. 30 seconds later I returned to the desk where another customer had moved my bags aside and the staff member was now checking her in with my credit card in his hand. He looked at me, said nothing and continued with checking her in. I was furious but kept it together. After a lengthy check in with her, I was back up. I said, "you could have said something about losing my spot" and he literally ignored me twice! Even the lady next to him looked over our way understanding how rude and unprofessional his behavior was, think his name was Chase. They advertise a restaurant on site but it isn't, have to walk to it. This place just isn't worth it, awful service, inexperienced staff and the inability to converse with an upset customer. Definitely a hard pass on this amateur experience....do yourself a favor and pass this place by.
