Pillows terrible just a flat piece of fabric basically to sleep on. , bed felt like you sunk in a hole it was so soft, not comfortable at all. they don’t do daily cleaning, put us in an ADA room, the hand rail by the toilet was completely out of the wall just hanging by a thread, reported it and said they would fix it the next morning, no one ever fixed it. The shower head was eye level, how is a 5’7” person supposed to wash your hair,shower had corner shelves that stuck out into the middle of the shower and I hit my head hard on it, had a goose egg on my forehead for our sons wedding. Hallways later in the evening very loud. No countertop in the bathroom, very hard to lay out your skincare, makeup and hair tools no where to set hot tools. Lighting was terrible in bathroom and by mirror outside of bathroom. Door to room took 3-4 minutes to close and if you tried to close it faster it would hang up and not move.

The staff was very friendly upon checking in and checking out. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great which is a plus! There was ample parking too!

Staff was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. They were having an issue with the key entry and staff had to escort all guests to their rooms. Let me just say they handled like champs and never missed a beat with their professionalism.
