Considering this is a budget priced property, it can’t be compared to higher priced hotels. That said we give it 4 stars. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. It’s obviously an older property but the updates made the room feel fresh and new. The location was amid multiple dining opportunities and with easy access to I-40. For the price, it was a very good experience.

The staff was nice. The manager even upgraded us to a jacuzzi room. The hotel was in disrepair. People staying there were outside smoking Marijuana. It did not feel safe.

Absolutely loved it can’t beat. The price. Bed was more comfortable than our $500 night in Nashville room.

breakfast was a bit lacking, rooms were pretty clean, but exterior needed some help in some areas. great location, easy parking lot, will fit a truck and trailer.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. There weren't many options for breakfast, but the one kind of food we like was available. Also, there was no decaf coffee available.

It was close to things that we needed to be close. We had to get help with getting the door open it kept getting stuck and then when it opened it would drag

The front staff was kind, pool broken, property worn out, sheets were stained, the biggest issue i had was I didnt sleep because I continued to see something dart back and fourth and I heard noises of a rodent or rodents....... under the sink was all half azz boarded up and there was a hole there.... walls were paper thin as I smelt the weed from another room..... by far the worst place I have ever stayed in
