DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Laurel

Not much! Needed a refrigerator to keep medications cold, ordered one when I made the reservation and was told on arrival that none were available, and that I would have to go up to the restaurant to secure ice, which did, door to room did not have insulation thus light and bugs came in and the desk clerk told me to put a towel in the door, had asked for maid service but did not receive, and had to call maintenance to check and see why there was no hot water!

Served our purpose well. Very clean and well maintained

No business center. Had internet issues.

Great stay for the price!

The second floor had stairs I don't like elevators. I really loved that close to the lobby. The toilet was too short I fell trying to get on it. Need taller toilets.

Great location and loved the restaurant next to this property. My room was clean and quiet.

No other amenities inside the room. No fridge or microwave

Didn’t like it that there was no refrigerator in the room. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night although I had requested it. I complained and it was wonderful to find the room cleaned on the second night. The breakfast was good and the staff who worked there were very kind and helpful. Ana and Batolome. The last name I think her name was Sandra. She was also very nice.

- Asking guests to bring a breakfast coupon every day and to notify the front desk early in the morning for housekeeping doesn't really fit Hilton's standards! -Hilton is a 4-star hotel; however, there’s no minibar in the room, and I can’t understand why there’s even no small refrigerator, which you can find even in Motel 6. Finally, the bearded gentleman at the front desk needs to improve his communication, stop looking clueless when asked simple questions about the property, and flash a genuine smile now and then.

The property was different, meaning the location. Not to much near. But other than that awesome price and comfort.

Location, cookies at arrival, lobby There was no hot water in our shower. The beds were very uncomfortable and having the sinks outside the bathroom is very odd.

The light in the bathroom was really bad very dim you can't see your face can't do your make up that was really horrible Lighting in the bathroom was very bad too dim in the bathroom.. and a little counter spaces
