Always love this property. Very friendly staff, clean, strong breakfast, good location off strip. Easy walk to the strip. Been staying here for over a decade.
-
Breakfast was good. The Hotel charges $25 per calendar day for parking. That’s two days for one night stay. The parking lot is underneath the hotel. Water at the front desk is five bucks.
-
Nice First night we paid for two days of parking. They charge us more than $25 each calendar day. The parking lot is actually under the hotel. Oh and five dollar water from the front desk.

Room was outdated, old and it smelled

Nothing to add, everything was fine.

-
Good parking and clean rooms parking could be a little easier to access and make payments
-
Room smelled bad, staff were rude and unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the stay.
-
It’s a good hotel if you’re going to The Sphere or another nearby venue.

Great stay

First time I stayed off the main strip. It was very convenient to monorails. Clean, nice and very good 👍 breakfast. Staff also very friendly.
-
Good location, two blocks back from strip, so quiet. Great with 108 bus stop at the door to travel to and from airport and elsewhere with connections. Comfy clean beds, spacious rooms with a desk and lounge, and great staff. Also great having separate toilet room from the shower. Only one glitch that the shower door didn’t quite shut completely, so had to be careful not to get water on bathroom floor, but it was manageable once you were aware.

Convenience so close to the strip and convention center. Free Breakfast, great views from our room. The suites modern and very spacious. Guests should not have to pay for parking. Most hotels on the strip do not charge for parking for guests.

I was given a room with a view overlooking the sphere in the 20th floor. It was amazing. The hotel itself was excellent, but I feel I need to mention a serious security concern. My mother and I had a very good stay overall, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. However, we experienced an incident that made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. One morning, while leaving our room on the 20th floor to go to breakfast, we encountered an unfamiliar man hiding in the ice room. He was carrying a backpack and asked if he could accompany us to the elevator. Because his behavior seemed unusual, we declined and returned to our room. When we came out again a short time later, he was still in the hallway, hiding farther down the hall. We immediately went to the front desk and reported the situation, and security came upstairs and removed him from the hotel. Unfortunately, several days later, shortly before we checked out, we encountered what appeared to be the same man again in the hotel’s breakfast area. He appeared to recognize us and smiled at us. When he stood up, we observed an obvious and sexually suggestive physical reaction. This made my mother and me extremely uncomfortable, particularly because we had already reported his behavior to security earlier in our stay. We became concerned about going back upstairs alone to collect our belongings because we did not know whether he might follow us. Guests should not have to feel unsafe returning to their rooms after reporting someone behaving suspiciously on their floor. I want to emphasize that the hotel itself was otherwise very good, but I am sharing this because I believe management should be aware of what happened and review how this individual was able to enter the property again and even have free breakfast after previously being removed. I would especially urge the hotel to take reports like this seriously, because another guest could potentially have an uncomfortable or frightening encounter with the same person.

Everything was great with the exception of the property’s listing of free parking on Expedia. It is listed as having a free parking but then you get charged $25 a night to park. I don’t know who’s at fault, Expedia or the property but it is disappointing to experience an inaccurate listing.
