It was clean No fridge, No coffee maker, no hair dryer and the bed was uncomfortable

Great access to food, shops, etc. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can easily make keys on site for your room. Check in and check out was easy, and of course it feels like classic vegas from the minute you walk in the door. My shower floor looked a bit dirty even though I think it was just the finish coming off the floor. The carpet on floor 18 was coming up in different areas, and just seems like it should be replaced. Some things like this made it feel a bit dated, and like things should be updated.

Everything was satisfactory. The body wash and shampoo smelled gross.

I really liked the entrance, the restaurants and the casino. Check in and check out was easy. The staff were very helpful. I did not like the rooms. They were low quality compared to the main downstairs areas. There were no electrical outlets by the beds. I had to pay extra for a refrigerator that look old. There were no microwaves. Oh and the elevators!!! TERRIBLE.

Rooms are dirty ,everything is old and outdated Refrigerator in the middle of the of the room just to keep the doors closed

It was really cool to stay in the pyramid and the tub in the room was cool The elevator was a little scary but also you couldn’t use the elevator if you didn’t have your room key so I got stuck for like 30 minutes

Great location, rooms were clean and spacious. The check in process was next level of insanity! Very chaotic and crazy! First you had to stand in a long line to check in at a kiosk and then wait around to be assigned a room. After you got a text your room was ready you then had to go to another line to a kiosk to get your keys. It seemed like it took a very long time to check in and got every staff person present there were at least five guest waiting to ask questions.

We were assisted by Elvira when we had problems with mobile check in. She was a great help . No Asian restaurant.
