Great stay

Exceptionally kind staff and bartenders. My only qualm is the extra fees to check in and check out - that’s a little excessive, but I understand their need to do so to control patron traffic.
-
The refrigerator in the room is full of drinks with sensors, so you don’t have room to put your own drinks to keep cold.

I was given what felt like the most horrible room in the entire hotel. It was on the third floor with a view of a heating vent. The carpet looked dingy. The bed was like a taco and not exactly firm. One of the mirror lights was broken. As was the ice machine on the floor. The only reason I did not ask to switch up upon check-in was I was only staying for one night. And we arrived after a 4 Hour drive from Sedona. And only had an hour to change eat dinner and make it to our 7 PM show. To take the time to go back downstairs it’s like a maze to get anywhere in that building. Only to discover upon checkout that I was charged a resort fee. Which I was unaware I was going to be charged. I was in the room for less than 24 hours indefinitely. Didn’t have any time to use any of their so-called amenities. Upon checkout and went to speak to an agent who basically said oh well and gave me my bill and said if you want to talk to somebody, there’s a phone number on top of this invoice. I don’t have any managers available right now. Overall this was a horrible disgusting way to end a wonderful trip. So even though this hotel appears to be beautiful stay somewhere else. There are so many options in Las Vegas. Stay somewhere where people will actually take care of you.

Caesars' has continuously earned it's reputation as once of the top places to stay in Als Vegas, even though it's 60 years old the property is immaculate, updated, and well maintained. It's location center strip can't be beat, guest services are friendly in all areas. They trat everyone as if they are The Emperor.

Every time you turn around there was a charge. Room was large and bathroom was big with jacuzzi, which was very nice. Room could have been cleaner. No free coffee, breakfast nothing! Wouldn’t have minded a reasonable cost for breakfast etc. had to walk off property to get McDonald’s which was the most reasonable. Hotel was a maze and difficult to find way around, staff weren’t the most helpful with directions. A printed map or an easily understood map on phone. The hotel map that was provided was too small and hard to read.

Staff was great and the room was very comfortable. I love the mall is attached to the property

Nada , super satisfecho por el servicio y limpieza y atención espectacular
-
Hotel is massive. While services are available, in reality they can be hard to get. Hot cooked to order breakfast option is a sham to get you a breakfast credit at a VERY expensive breakfast restaurant.
-
My experience was amazing. Room was clean, food was great. Kiana had amazing customer service at the front desk. Made the experience smooth and friendly.

Nice Hotel!!!
-
Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The room was very clean, spacious, bed was very comfortable, and the floor we were on was very quiet at night. Made for a very restful stay.
-
The bathroom was gross, the shower wouldn’t drain. There was an open can of Pepsi in the refrigerator. We reported it, and I’m thankful we weren’t charged.
-
I arrived at 2:30pm and my room was ready. They charged me a $39 fee for "early check in". I won't stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We will definitely be returning to this property. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Packages also gets delivered directly to your room, which I’ve not had happen at any hotel before so that was great as well.

Big areas, clean rooms, friendly staff. We will be back.
