Good stay no issues. Staff was very helpful

-Hair dryer not working since day one. -Coffee is like water , coffe needs to be stronger flavor like coffee not just water with a little bite of coffee. -cool water - sink water faucet can’t be regulated , hot water was the one was working but when you try to regulate the water temp was not possible .

Honestly, such a great stay. The location is perfect and there are so many good restaurants right around the corner. The staff were awesome always friendly and helpful whenever we saw them. You can tell they really take care of the place too, because everything was spotless and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Well to start off I won’t be back but if I was to come back they would need to fix the following: Fix the mold issue on the ceiling of the restroom, mop the floors in the room,fix the sink from not backing up and fix the toilet to make it flush when the Handel is used. When observing the staff mopping the floors in the lobby they did not even move the chairs to mop under the table. That’s pure laziness and unsanitary.

Hotel staff was amazing. The rooms could use a little work. Hot water and water pressure was not the best.

The check in was amazing, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was SO good (but you should add tortillas!) and the location was close to where I needed to drive to work. When I come back to Laredo, I will definitely stay here again.

Victoria was awesome. She made our stay worth it. The staff is really helpful (especially if you can speak Spanish). My daughter who is 6 and autistic left with loads of new aunties, uncles, grandmas, and grandpas.
