El drenaje está tapado y huele muy mal cuando cae agua al lavabo y afuera todo está sucio como si estuviera abandonado ,el control de la televisor no jalaba y el de recepción no ayudo

The AC was kinda shot and the compressor was not working too well and didn’t get really cooled. Other than that it was very nice stay. Comfortable beds, clean room, smelled nice just needs a better ac.

The location was convenient, and having parking available made our visit easier. The air conditioning worked well, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again on our next trip to Laredo.
