Was given a room that was undergoing ozone treatment. They wanted me to use the room immediately after. When I did get another room it was one without a TV.

I stayed I. The double bed suite and it exceded my expectations. The price was great. Room was perfect size. The beds are so comfortable and I really have nothing to complain about. Even the central location was unbeatable.Cant wait to stay here again on every one of my visits to my family in Laredo.

Someone walked into my room with a door key a few minutes after I was assigned that room to me. Unbelievable.

Location, price and room layout. The TV's did not work. 1st room we had to move because TV was freezing/picture was pixelated. 2nd room, TV worked for 1 night and then was worst that the first one! Also, 2nd room, sink plunger was stuck in drain and did not work.

Recently updated decent hotel breakfast with good non-dairy options super hot water for tea nice hot shower showers are walk in good location suites are nice size

The room was cleaned. I did not get a key to open my own room. I had to wait for a staff to go and open the door to my room.
