Comfort Suites Lakewood - Denver

A good place. Clean. The staff at the service desk were very good and helped me. Thank you. The price is a bit high.

Superb

Clean room and the staff was great!

Pleasant

Location, room size, bed comfort, breakfast The AC unit did not run regularly. It was either warm or freezing.

Beds are hard and squeak but everything else was great ...staff was excellent

We were only there for a short night

I loved how close to restaurants this hotel was. Actually close to everything we needed The bar hoppers coming in at 2:30 yelling and carrying on.

Excellent stay, minus the people partying above me but that isn't the hotels fault.

Very good

We paid $133 for the night - it was probably worth only $110. Typical property for this chain. Not great but better than most lower tied hotel chains. Breakfast wasn't great - no options for glutten free diets, the pantry was sparse in its offerings and the general maintenance of elevators and floors needs attention.

Not impressed

This was an amazing place to stay. I can't imagine anyone complaining about this hotel. The breakfast was great. The stay was perfect.

It was ok only would have liked rotating hot dishes. When I checked in, I was given a handicapped room. The girl at the desk said it was requested. I booked through your Bookings.Com What happened with the communication between you, me, and Comfort Suites? I did change my room.

Good location friendly staff. Easy to find. Clean had everything we needed. Good breakfast Needs a little updating

Location Bed was ok but the billows were really bad.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet for the most part (our overhead neighbors did not step lightly and got up frequently throughout the night). We requested an accessible room and were pleased to have a truly ADA accessible room/bathroom. Breakfasts were consistent with enough choices to get some variety over several days. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good stay. The bed was a bit firmer than we typically use, but I realize mattress choice is very individualized, and hotels have to install what will hold up over time. I did wake up stiff in the mornings. The only other issue was that the sofa was pretty low to the ground for an accessible room. It was a bit difficult for people with bad knees and backs to rise from sitting there.

The room was very clean. The staff was really great. My kids loved the pool which is heated. We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Lakewood!

Location was good to Highway 285. Hotel lobby, breakfast room, and outside area were clean. Room setup was awesome! Really liked the kitchenette, 2 TV's, were bathroom was located and that all the mechanicals worked. Bathroom was very clean, shower worked well. Staff were pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
