The only big issue was the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Very clean, very friendly staff, water park is very nice as well. Always have a pleasant stay!

This was the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. Amenities are great and the water pressure in the shower was really good which is rare in today's hotels. The attached restaurant was very good and the kids ate free. 10/10 would stay again.

We had Brad as a server at the restaurant- we LOVED him. Absolutely great guy. My kids loved the waterslide. Parents liked the big hot tub. We wished there was breakfast included

Loved the location and clean room. We didn’t end up having time to use the pool, but the chlorine had a very strong smell when we walked past it. You could smell it in the hallway. Otherwise a great stay!

Our bathroom was pretty bad. The toilet was leaking so it smelled. There was hair in the shower that was not ours and stains on our towels

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back. Check in was great, friendly staff.Room was clean and spacious. My son loved the pool, waterslide, and splash pad. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and my son ate free.

Our suite was spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating..especially, John at the front desk! Our kiddos absolutely love the aquatic options, not our first stay and won’t be our last!! No complaints here.

Was perfect for a spring break staycation with my 2 young kids. They loved the pool and splash pad areas, and room was very convenient to pool area.

Disappointing experience overall. I paid for the rooms in full ahead of time and my wife went to check in for us while I was at an event. Our 10 month old daughter was screaming and needed to get in the room and they wouldn’t let them in because of no card for incidentals when everything was paid for with a card (not my fault they didn’t save). The bathtub appeared to have not been cleaned as it had clumps of hair in it. Will not be staying again.
