Staff were very nice. Billed every night for parking. Billed for bottled waters that I never had.

An incredible stay! Beautiful location, the mattress is very soft and the host was responsive.

great location, right off of I-5. breakfast looked OK...I always bring protein bars so i didn't have any. the room i got had snacks and water (sparkling and still) included and they were replenished everyday They charge you $10 for parking in their lot. no where was that disclosed. also, the main road was closed at night due to resurfacing however, the hotel didn't tell you how you could get to the hotel (from the main road, you were unable to turn onto the street that the hotel was on). i had to ask one of the flagger guys how i could get to the hotel. the staff didn't seem to care.

The night shift guy was TERRIBLE. Rest of staff and everything else was great except the bar doesn't open until 4:30 and both bar and restaurant were closed when I got in at midnight. Again, night shift guy was AWFUL!!???

Got in around 12am, got two calls back to back around 4am from the front desk asking if we were playing loud music as they had complaints about noise. We let them know that we were sound asleep prior to the call with no TVs on. The whole floor was silent. Then we go to get ice the next day and visible large black chunks of dirt all over the ice.
