Every thing was great

The price and the room Not once was my room cleaned or attended to

And Manager name on duty Aldrich is very restpectfull I walk in at 12N we both greeted each other and told him that I have a reservation and requested early check in at 12 N. He check right away if there’s available room the suite that I requested is not yet available and he find a family room that is ready he ask if its ok I said yes if there’s additional charges and he told none. He check me in quick. I feel relief because this is my 3rd time to stay my previous manager did not help me that quick he let me wait for 2 1/2 and he told I have to pay additional and I said ok And check in almost 3 pm w/o any smile on his face the 1st time I check in

Great place amenities, parking, staff, clean rooms. Manager offer great discount next time visit.

Location. Floors were filthy. Food and pet stains on carpet., should have been vacuumed. Has a kitchen but most of the appliances and cooking utensils were removed. Had to ask at front desk for toaster. No ice machines in the fridge or in building.

Exceptional

I had a very pleasant stay at Sonesta Simply Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I especially appreciated having a kitchen and the convenient amenities for a longer stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and I felt very relaxed during my stay. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again in the future. I would also recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Comfy beds, quiet area, kitchenette available. Marijuana smell outside the front entrance, carpet in the room smelled musty, no breakfast

The only thing I didn’t like was the check in girl. Very unprofessional and rude

Nice staff, need to ask for essentials like dish soap, sponge, hand soap etc.

Helpful staff.

Clean room and quiet. I was able to get any missing pots I needed.

Clean and I ask favor for early check in and staff on duty assist on my request get the room early before 3 pm

Great stay, would 100% stay again

Have to chk out from front counter anything needed.

Exceptional

It is a pet friendly hotel, which is great, but the orders in and around the hotel clearly demonstrated this.

Nice little stay
