Great stay for 2 nights

We stay here every year for Ohana Festival. It’s 20 minutes from everywhere. Right off the freeway great breakfast and bar.

Value for the location. bathroom had a smell, sink didn't drain and the AC controls didn't work to cool below 68 degrees

Rugs in main hallway and leading to elevators needed vacuuming. The bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel moved us for the remaining two nights and promised a 50% refund for the first night through Expedia, which we still have not received. Even worse, after we changed rooms, my friend’s white Ralph Lauren T-shirt went missing, and her wallet inside her suitcase appeared to have been disturbed, with cards out of place. We reported it immediately. Later, after housekeeping had been in the room again, the missing T-shirt mysteriously reappeared tucked inside the bedding—even though we had thoroughly searched the bed and room beforehand. This raised serious concerns about the security of guests’ belongings. Between the sleepless night, terrible room assignment, handling of our belongings, poor service, and missing refund, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and my room was very clean, nicely-furnished and extremely comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only minor criticism I have to make is that the towels in my room were a bit rough. Everything else was great.
