This hotel is older and it shows. Bar on the shower door not attached on one side, 3 bath towels only, no hair dryer, phone not working, air conditioner not cooling. This was in 2 different rooms. The worst was the 1st night where there were young women up laughing yelling, popping ballon’s etc until 2:30a. Two calls to the front desk, and an in person chat (in my nightgown) didn’t resolve the problem. They even admitted it was loud since they could hear them at the front desk! The next morning, we, not the trouble makers had to move if we wanted to sleep the 2nd night. One person over 21, and 4 others were allowed to stay. Certainly not worth what we paid. Very disappointed in La Quinta-not their standard.

The complimentary breakfast was not available for a very long duration I went down at 10 minutes to 9:00 the one morning and they had already packed everything up the building itself is not very clean there is no immediate amenities close to the property my opinion for the money it was not a very well appointed property for what they are charging a night let alone the cleanliness of the rooms

I prepaid for the night and showed up to check in. The guy asked for a credit card and wouldn't take it as I don't have one and was using my girlfriend's card. I called her and she told him it was her idea and was ok to use. He wouldn't let me check in and denied giving me my money back to stay somewhere else. I asked to speak with the owner and let's just say he shouldn't be owning a hotel!

Good

Clean room, free breakfast was nice. Close enough to Niagara Falls with a reasonable rate and accommodations.

The entire property is super run down. My room didn’t have a door safety bolt, is smelled super musty, and the furniture was peeling everywhere. Everything feels sticky.
-
No fresh towels in the room. Tiny sample of shampoo and conditioner for 2. Rude personnel. Called front desk asking for towels- was referred to “personnel on your floor cleaning the rooms now- ask them”. No early check in accommodations, even though they have their little fee schedule for early check in. We arrived from out of state early, no early check in provided, we had spend $100 for taxi cab go to eat then return. It’s a horror.
-
Terrible stay. I did not feel welcome. The walls are extremely thin. You hear every door slam, etc. I don’t recommend this one.
-
Felt rundown in need of some repairs. Not worth the price.
-
When we checked in and went to our rooms we had no towels in our room. We called downstairs and she said she would get some to us. However, we had to ask a second time and then finally received them.
-
The rooms furniture needs to be updated and the TV didn’t work. The linen on the bed was dirty! The staff was nice and that was a plus.
-
We arrived and got 2 cards for the room. Both cards would not work so we ended up getting a new room and new cards. Only 1 out of the 2 cards worked and it was a hit and miss that it would work. Front desk was dusty. Once we got into the room the tiled floors had a greasy feeling to them. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the bathroom door would not stay closed. The vanity in the bathroom was broken in a spot, and duct tape was used to cover it. Overall, it did not feel clean or comfortable and we ended up going home instead of spending the night.
-
Not worth the price for quality. Bathroom smelled like sewage and made us sick. A lot of wore down furniture and appliances, breakfast was mediocre no flavor. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

-
It was okay, but the mattress had a large dent in it and the coffeemaker in the room did not work.
-
Poorly maintained room.
