The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very friendly and helpful.
-
The breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. A little disappointed i had to pay $10 a night for parking AND had to load another app to do it. Crazy. Just include it in the room fee.
-
Very nice , convenient The actual price was quite different than the original price.. parking was extra 10 dollars per day.
-
Room was very spacious and clean. Quiet facility, excellent breakfast and social hour. Great stay!
-
Old food container was left in refrigerator from previous guest. The room was okay, seems kind of old. Areas around edges of beds was pretty dirty. Also wasnt informed that i had to pay for parking until I arrived at property. We ended up leaving the hotel early because of the uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Hotel was nice... they are going to be doing an renovation soon. The staff was all great and very helpful! Cleaning all the time going on... which I liked. The room was big and it was clean. They do need an upgrade, but as mentioned they will be doing one in the near future. Would stay again. The bar was nice - conference room we used was great too - fitness center was open 24/7. Didn't have an opportunity for the breakfast, we were there for a breakfast/lunch seminar. There was ample parking and several restaurants nearby to walk to. Good area as well. Would stay here again.

The hotel was well kept from the rooms, lobby and dining areas. Breakfast has a selection for any age group and the made to order omlets is a wonderful addition.

Very good

Loads of kids there for sports events, so public areas were very loud. We had our dog with us, a golden retriever. He’s extremely clean, only sleeps on bed we provide and I can almost guarantee we didn’t leave a single dog hair behind. Although hotel charged us $75 just to have the dog in hotel. We thought that was a bit unreasonable & unfair. We ALWAYS pick up after our dog on the lawn and felt it was just another excuse to charge us more money. Also parking was by QR code and it wouldn’t go thru on my phone or my husbands. Hoping we were not ticketed all night. See above.

Exceptional
-
Company charges guest to park at hotel with an app insted of just making more profit by including charge in price of room. Pure profiteering by the hotel.
-
The size of the hotel Only that it can use updates. Furniture and carpet are worn considerably.
-
This hotel is extremely outdated. We were put in a handicap room which wasn’t necessary and could have been saved for someone who truly needed it. The room did smell stale. The ac fan wouldn’t stay on and our room was at 74 thru the night which we wanted it at 69. There were black spots behind the handle in the shower. The first nights water temp for showering was barely warm then the second night was scalding. Location for what we weee in town for was good but I’d find another place to stay before returning. Staff was friendly.

The clean was good And the food was so good too

The pool setup was one of our favorite parts. The U‑shape design made it easy to spread out from other families while still keeping an eye on our kids. It felt relaxing instead of chaotic, which is rare when traveling with little ones. Breakfast was another win. The buffet variety was fantastic — genuinely something for every member of the family, even our picky eaters. Hot options, cold options, kid‑friendly choices… all of it fresh and well stocked. Overall, this hotel made traveling with a big family feel easy. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.
