comfortable beds, quiet location, clean rooms People were staying in cars in front of the building; the incidental fee was returned shortly as expected though my credit card was charged 2,50$ the next day for no reason. The emails I sent have not even been answered. Not a big amount but still suspicious and simply not right.

The room was run down and dirty staff was friendly if they spoke to you but it did serve the purpose as a roof over our head that being said next time we go to Tennessee we will stay elsewhere

The manager on duty was kind. The rooms were disgusting. Like what you would expect from an hourly rate hotel. The vanity was dirty, the linens were dirty from what appeared to be adult entertainment, beer cap on the floor, graffiti tagging on the lamp shade. We instantly left within 15 mins on checking in. This is NO place for a family.

Basic no thrills hotel, room was clean, beds weren’t bad and a basic continental breakfast (waffles, pastries, cereal, juice and coffee). Great deal for the price.
